2. Logged in the open. The tip gets logged below and approved by hand against the Cash App record. Only approved tips move the bar.
3. Money out. People in need take money out for rent, groceries, gas, bills. Every single payout is posted on this page with a receipt. Nothing hidden. Nothing skimmed.

Straight talk: tips unlock nothing. There are no perks, tiers, or prizes for tipping. This is the owner's stated plan, not a guarantee — the receipts are the whole pitch.
